Good afternoon, readers!
Today I get to present to you this adorable bundle of joy named Halle. Halle is little sister to big sister Lorelei who is 4, and big brother Logan who is 3. She arrived at 4:34pm on June 25th. This sweet girl made her debut weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces and measured in at 21 inches long. Mama Jessica did a great job throughout the surprisingly long labor. I got the text at 12:30am that her water broke, but I didnt get the go ahead to come to the hospital until 10am that next morning. Little miss Halle was born healthy but had a bit of trouble breathing and was quickly taken to the NICU for observation for Respiratory Distress. She is home now and doing amazing!
Mom Jessica diligently wrote down all the times and details about her labor
Dad Kyle and Grandma Ann patiently waiting
Isn’t she gorgeous! (yes this was before baby, after the epidural haha) I just love her eyes!
Dad Kyle trying to get in any rest he can before baby Halle makes her debut.
Reading showed it was time to push soon!
Dad getting the talk before suiting up to “catch” his baby girl! Kyle is also a doctor but was nervous about how to handle Halle when it was time to help.
After several minutes of trying to get baby Halle to breathe correctly the nurses decided that it was best to take her to the NICU for observation. Mama Jessica still has yet to really hold and bond with Halle.
